Kainoa Lee is a second generation Realtor, born in Honolulu, Hawaii.  Being raised in the business has given him a unique understanding, awareness and knowledge that enables him to better service his clients’ needs.  Extensive travels throughout Asia and the Continental United States make Kainoa well rounded in both diverse business practices and negotiations.  Through years of experience and networking around the world, Kainoa has assembled an elite team of lawyers, language translators, CPA's and Bankers to meticulously handle every aspect of his clients transactions.

Kainoa has worked with large corporations securing exclusive representation agreements with companies such as Marriott International and Crowne Plaza Hotels, in order to assist them with their real estate acquisitions in Hawaii.  He has also had the opportunity to serve as a consultant to Hilton Worldwide Headquarters with regard to the acquisition of potential Hotel sites on Maui and the neighboring islands.  

Also specializing in foreign sales he has represented the Chairman of a multi-billion dollar Taiwanese Corporation in the sale of a 39 home golf course front development.  This transaction took a total of two and one half years to successfully complete.  Kainoa represented the Director of The Real Estate Association of The Republic of China with the sale of her property here in Hawaii.  He recently represented a Japanese corporation in the liquidation of their highend residential holdings in Honolulu.

Kainoa has set several record high sales across East Honolulu's oceanfront coastline, representing the seller of a $9,100,000 newly constructed oceanfront home in Portlock, Honolulu, Hawaii.  Not only was the sale completed in just seven days, at that time it was the highest sale for a single parcel of property in the Portlock area and the second highest sale on the Island for that year.  He has sold several oceanfront homes to celebrities and business leaders both locally and abroad.

Kainoa was honored and recognized at the Sotheby’s International Realty Western Regional Conference in New York (March 2004) for having sold the most amount of real estate per year of life lived in all of Sotheby’s real estate sales history.  He has been a consistent top producer since 2004, confidentially representing clients from every walk of life.

Kainoa enjoys extracurricular activities such as golf, snow and jet skiing, and racquetball.  Believing that today’s children are tomorrow’s leaders he strongly supports the Children’s Alliance of Hawaii, serving on the Board of Directors, it is a non-profit foundation that assists underprivileged children, specifically those that have been physically and sexually abused.
